Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:01 AM Mountain Time on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Mountain Time on October 31, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Alberta, Canada who:

• Are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry;
• Enter into a qualifying residential asphalt roofing contract with Calgary Elite Roofing® during the Contest Period;
• Have their asphalt roofing project fully completed by Calgary Elite Roofing® during the Contest Period; and
• Have paid their invoice in full prior to the draw date.

The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

Employees, subcontractors, directors, officers, immediate family members, and persons residing in the same household as employees or owners of Calgary Elite Roofing® are not eligible to participate.

How To Enter

Customers who complete an eligible residential asphalt roofing project with Calgary Elite Roofing® during the Contest Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Contest.

Limit of one (1) entry per completed residential property address/project.

No additional purchase is necessary beyond the qualifying roofing contract.

Eligible Projects

Eligible projects include residential asphalt roofing replacement systems installed directly by Calgary Elite Roofing®, including asphalt roofing products and systems regularly supplied and installed by CER.

Projects must:

• Be located within Alberta;
• Be contracted and completed within the Contest Period;
• Be fully paid prior to the draw date.

Excluded Projects

The following projects are excluded from eligibility:

• Commercial roofing projects;
• Multi-family condominium projects;
• Flat roofing systems;
• Metal roofing systems;
• Cedar roofing systems;
• Synthetic roofing systems;
• Repairs, maintenance, or service-only calls;
• New construction projects;
• Insurance deductible-only work;
• Projects cancelled prior to completion;
• Projects with outstanding balances;
• Projects subject to active legal disputes, insurance disputes, or payment disputes;
• Projects completed by third-party contractors not directly contracted through Calgary Elite Roofing®;
• Any project where the homeowner has received discounted, donated, barter, promotional, or employee pricing as determined solely by CER.

Prize

There will be one (1) grand prize winner.

The winner will receive a refund equal to the original contracted value of their completed eligible roofing project, up to a maximum value of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00 CAD), inclusive of taxes.

Maximum prize value:
$20,000.00 CAD

The refund shall be issued by cheque, electronic transfer, or other method determined by Calgary Elite Roofing® within approximately thirty (30) days following verification and confirmation of the winner.

Purpose of Promotion

This Contest is intended as a seasonal customer appreciation initiative designed to help make the holiday season brighter for one Calgary Elite Roofing® customer and their family.

Non-Eligible Costs

The following are specifically excluded from reimbursement:

• Insurance deductibles;
• Financing charges or interest;
• Change orders approved after original contract signing;
• Upgrades added after execution of the original contract;
• Interior repairs;
• Eavestroughs, siding, cladding, soffit, fascia, windows, or unrelated exterior work unless specifically included in the original asphalt roofing contract;
• Structural repairs discovered during construction;
• Permit fees paid directly by the homeowner;
• Any work performed by third-party contractors.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The draw will take place on or about December 15, 2026 at the offices of Calgary Elite Roofing® in Alberta.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Calgary Elite Roofing® in accordance with Canadian law.

Notification of Winner

The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone and/or email using the information provided in their contract documentation.

If:

• the selected entrant cannot be contacted within seven (7) days;
• declines the prize;
• fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; or
• is otherwise found ineligible,

then Calgary Elite Roofing® reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and conduct an alternate draw.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to permit Calgary Elite Roofing® to use:

• their first name;
• city/community;
• photographs;
• video footage;
• testimonials;
• likeness; and
• project images

for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

Personal information collected for the purpose of administering this Contest will only be used by Calgary Elite Roofing® and its authorized representatives in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

General Conditions

Calgary Elite Roofing® reserves the right to:

• cancel;
• suspend;
• modify; or
• terminate

the Contest, in whole or in part, at any time if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:

• tampers with the entry process;
• submits false information;
• violates these Rules; or
• acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Limitation of Liability

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Calgary Elite Roofing®, its owners, employees, affiliates, subcontractors, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of the prize.

No Affiliation

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with:

• Facebook;
• Instagram;
• Meta;
• TikTok;
• Google; or
• any other social media platform.

Governing Law

The Contest shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Sponsor Decisions

All decisions made by Calgary Elite Roofing® regarding this Contest are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
