When you reach out to us for roof repair, our professional HAAG-certified inspectors begin with a thorough eye and/or Eagleview® virtual inspection, followed by detailed questions. Here's what our specialists commonly inquire about:

Work on the project will commence on a mutually agreed date. When the date of the project comes:

Depending on the scale of the repair, the time of the year scheduled, and the type of product used for the repair our crew will be working on the repair anywhere from a few hours to days or even weeks.

DURING THE REPAIR

COMPLETION

Once the project is completed as scheduled:

the crew will clean up the area and magnetically rake the ground to ensure all debris has been removed
The waste bin will be taken away and all remaining materials picked up.
A final inspection will be completed.

Warranties.
Invoicing.

BEFORE WE START

After picking the product and color for your roof, you will then proceed to complete the contract and send it back to us. Once the contract is received, you will then receive a call from your project manager to discuss the roof replacement project details such as:

When your material is arriving.
Where the waste bin will be placed.
When the crew will be coming out.
How long the job should take.
Answer any questions you might have.

The materials and the waste bin will then be delivered. We will advise you to remove any valuables from the work area and away from the walls as vibration can cause them to fall off.

FAQ Roof Repair

Can I go on my roof and check it myself?

We strongly discourage climbing to your own roof if you are not trained to work on heights as this can be a safety hazard, slipping off a roof is not uncommon and may cause permanent injury and/or death.

IF you feel confident enough to go up your roof and are going to take a look through for any potential problems we always recommend it during spring ( after winter ) and again in the fall before winter.

My property was damaged by hail, now what?

Your insurance company will normally advise you that a claim will be opened and then either suggest that you have a HAAG Certified Roofing company attend the site or they will send out their preferred vendor.

However, that does not mean that you are required to use them for the repairs and the end decision is yours to make.
